Can I Really Be Hypnotised?

Almost anyone can be hypnotised. In fact, every day we go into states of hypnosis without realising it… when we’re watching TV and we zone out. We go into a ‘trance-like-state’

Have you ever been driving and then forgotten how you got to where you arrived? You have been in a (safe) trance in traffic.

You could say it’s similar to meditation, prayer, yoga, daydreaming and creative visualisation.

Hypnosis is a science; a process of specific communication, observation and mastery of changing behavioural patterns in the brain.

Is Hypnosis Safe?

You are fully awake during the process and it’s important to realise that no one can make you do anything or be hypnotised against your will. As a Conscious Hypnosis Practitioner and Master of NLP and Coaching, I am fully insured and up to date on all ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation.

How Long Will It Take?

Sessions are an hour long. Because most habits have been ingrained over a long time, I recommend a series of 4 – 6 sessions in order to make the necessary cognitive and emotional changes needed to break old unwanted habits and replace them with more positive, healthy and empowering habits.
